First of all, YAYYY for the big step! We are so excited for you to explore different korean skincare products and see the amazing change that it brings.

How do I tell if the date on my product is the expiration or production date?

Korean beauty products usually have two types of dates on the packaging, the date the product was manufactured and the date the product is good for use until. Printed dates are usually followed by the two sets of characters below:

제조 = Manufactured date, example: 05.25.24제조 means the product was manufactured on May 25, 2024.

까지 = Good Until date, example: 05.25.24까지 means the product is good to be used until May 25, 2024.

Typically, skincare products are safe to use within 30 months of the manufactured date if it is unopened. Opened products have a shelf life of 6-12 months. As with everything, different products will have different expiration dates. Please carefully review the product packaging to determine accurate expiry.

Where is my order?

We understand that staying informed about your order's status is super important!

Here's how we can let you where your order is at:

Order Confirmation Email: As soon as you place your order, we'll send you an order confirmation email. This email will include a summary of your purchase, as well as your order number.

Shipping Notification: Once your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping notification email. This email will include your tracking number.

Order Tracking: You can use the provided tracking number to follow your package's progress. Simply click the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email or enter it on the carrier's site to get real-time updates on your delivery.

Can I cancel/modify my order?

At thekdrops, we try to fulfill the orders as soon as we receive the confirmation,. Therefore, there is a very short timeframe where we can actually change the order. If you would like to change/ modify your order, please notify us via email within 1 hour of placing the order. You can email us at

While we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made, our team will do their best to assist you within the constraints of our fulfillment timeline.

Can I return/ exchange my purchase?

Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority. Please see our Refund Policy for more details on returning your order.  

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.   

Can I return open products?

Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges of the open products, due to hygiene reasons.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unfortunately, you can use only one discount code at a time.

There are products missing/ incorrect product in my order.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by missing/ incorrect products. In the rare case if this happens, we are fully committed to make sure that we get to the bottom of the issue.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is the shipping and how long does it take?

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Canada and US for all orders over $75CAD (after discounts & before applicable taxes). For orders under the free shipping threshold, we offer a flat rate based on your region.

If you are located in the Lower Mainland, we also offer FREE LOCAL PICKUP in Surrey, BC.

Do you ship Internationally?

We are currently shipping within Canada and to the US, UK, Germany, France, New Zealand and Australia.

Are there any custom or duty charges on the orders?

Canadian orders will not be charged any customs and duties as it is coming from our facility in British Columbia.

International orders may incur customs and/or duties charges depending on your location and local customs office. The customer is fully responsible for these charges and any issues that may arise as a result of the recipient country's customs policies. For more accurate information regarding import duties and customs, please contact your local customs’ office. For brokerage fees, please contact the carrier from your tracking number.

THEKDROPS is not responsible for customs, duties, and/or taxes related to importation of goods as we have no control over these charges. Please note, thekdrops is legally required to declare the value and contents of each package being shipped out of Canada.

No, thekdrops currently operates exclusively as an online store. We're dedicated to providing you with a seamless and convenient online shopping experience right from the comfort of your own home!

How often do you restock the sold out products?

Restock dates will vary depending on the brand and product.

To stay updated on when a sold-out item will be back in stock, we recommend signing up for notifications directly on the product page. By doing so, you'll receive an email or text the moment the item becomes available again.

Can I buy a specific product that is not listed on your website?
